Sayama is a luxe combination of Bolivian llama fiber & highland wool.  Inspired by Mount Sajama, the highest mountain in Bolivia, the blend is the perfect balance between softness & robustness.

The DK weight yarn possesses many wonderful fiber qualities.  There is the gentle halo & drape from the llama fiber, as well as structure & memory from the wool.  Spun & dyed in an Eco Text 100 certified mill in La Paz, Sayama is a positive step in the direction of sustainability & ethical production practices.

A pleasure to knit & wear, Sayama is wonderful for sweaters, cardigans, wraps & accessories.  The modern palette of colorways reflect the hues found in the diverse Bolivian landscape.
