Finished Bust Circumference: 33¾ (37, 41, 45, 49¾, 52½)”, buttoned, including ¾” front band

Length: 18¼ (18¾, 19½, 201/4, 20¾, 21)” from base of neckband to lower edge

Sweater shown measures 37”.

Manos del Uruguay ALEGRIA GRANDE (75% superwash merino, 25% polyamide; approx. 197 yds/100 g): 4 (5, 5, 6, 6, 7) sks. Shown in AG2552 Foil.

Needles & Notions

US 7/4.5mm 24” or 36” (depending on project size) circular needle and double-pointed needles, or size needed to obtain gauge

Eight ½” buttons

Stitch markers (2 different types or colors for raglan and lace sections)

Removable markers or safety pins

Waste yarn for holders

Tapestry needle

Gauge

20 sts and 28 rows = 4”/10cm in St st, blocked.

Notes

This garment is worked in one piece in from the top down. After working the raglan yoke back and forth in rows, the stitches are divided for working the lower body and sleeves separately from the underarms down. The lower body is worked in rows with waist shaping. The sleeves are worked in the round.
